OUR STUDIO
Saltwater Studio is a one-photographer practice in Vancouver, working in available light, on real locations, with couples + small businesses + families that want photos that age well.
No props, no backdrops, no awkward poses. We talk for ten minutes before the camera comes out, walk somewhere familiar to you, and shoot until we have what we came for.

Every shoot booked is shot + edited by Eli, never outsourced.
Owner + photographer
11 years shooting. Trained as a photojournalist, leans into available light and real moments. Sony + medium-format film for special projects.
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
Eli shot our wedding at Cates Park and somehow got every photo we did not know we needed. The candid frames are the ones that ended up framed on our wall.
Booked her for a brand half-day for our cafe and three years later we are still using those photos on our website. She works fast, is calm in a busy space, never gets in the way.
Family of five, three kids under eight, I was nervous. Eli got us walking on the beach for ninety minutes and the photos look like a quiet Sunday, not a photoshoot.
