Pacific Bowl started in 2022 because the meal prep we kept ordering tasted like cardboard with macros on a sticker. A registered dietitian and a chef teamed up, rented a small kitchen in Mount Pleasant, and started cooking what we actually wanted to eat on a Tuesday night.
Twelve bowls on rotation, every meal balanced and labelled with macros, packed in glass on Sunday, picked up or delivered Monday morning. Eight-meal weekly minimum, $14 a meal, no contracts, pause anytime.
