OUR KITCHEN
Halal Late Night is a small ghost kitchen on Hastings, open 10pm to 3am, seven nights. No dine-in. Two cooks, one grill, hot plates of shawarma + kababs out the back door to your driver in about twenty minutes.
Everything is halal certified. Beef, lamb, chicken from a single supplier in Surrey we have used since night one. The mixed grill exists because nobody else in East Van does it right after midnight.

I drive nights for Skip and Halal Late Night is the only kitchen that has my driver order ready when I pull up. Twenty minutes door to door, every time. Mixed grill is unreal.
Came home from a closing shift at 1am and ate the lamb chops over the sink. Worth every dollar. Ahmed remembers I want extra hot sauce, by name.
Vegan friend dragged me here for the falafel wrap and I came back the next night for the shawarma plate. Two cooks, no nonsense, all halal. East Vans best kept secret.
